NYSOA Members: Do you have photos that we could use on this website?
If you have digital images that you'd like us to consider posting on the NYSOA website, we'd love to hear from you! We'll consider images that adhere to the following guidelines:
- Subject matter must be related to birds or birding.
- Images must be in jpeg (.jpg) format and no larger than 300KB.
- Image width OR height must be at least 500 pixels.
- Images
must be attached to an e-mail containing the following information:
- Your full name, home address, and phone number.*
- Brief description of subject (e.g. species name, date and location of photo)
- Your name as you would like it to appear with your photo.
- Images attached to a single e-mail may not total more than 1MB.
By sending us your images, you agree to let us edit them to optimize speed and presentation, and to publish them on the NYSOA website at any time in the future, unless you notify us otherwise in writing. Due to space limitations, not all photos submitted will be used on the website.
