This is a compilation of past actions by the New York State Avian Records Committee (NYSARC) gathered from the annual report published in the New York State Ornithological Association's journal, The Kingbird.

Species are catergorized as follows:

  • N   Documentation should be submitted to NYSARC for observations anywhere within New York State.
  • U   Documentation should be submitted to NYSARC only when observed in upstate New York.
  • A   Documentation should be submitted to NYSARC only when observed outside the Adirondacks.
  • S   Spring observations (especially upstate) should be submitted to NYSARC.
